Video Find of the Day
As the Flying Christopher came up last night, so, this night, Carnival of Souls came up. I consider this one of the greatest horror movies ever made. It is admittedly marred by bad acting, even horrid acting, and poor editing, but the sense of relentless haunting it conveys more than makes up for its flaws. It's in the public domain, thanks to quirks of US copyright law, and embeddable from Google, so let's try that.
Beautiful and disturbing,
Carnival of Souls (1962) (82 minutes)
